Maria Alicia is a licensed paralegal in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. Maria Alicia attended University of Toronto where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts, with Honours, in Criminology and Sociology. She furthered her education at Georgian College where she completed the advanced Paralegal program, with Honours
Prior to joining Carr Law, Maria Alicia gained a wide range of valuable legal experience working at Chapman Law, as well as one of Canada’s leading Intellectual Property law firms in Toronto. Presently, at Carr Law, Maria Alicia handles disputes arising from liens, negligence, contracts, bailment, environmental issues, consumer protection, fraud, property damage, subrogation, collections and bylaws/licensing/zoning issues.
