Elizabeth is a licensed Paralegal in good standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada. Elizabeth attended York University where she received her Honors B.A. in Law & Society. She then went on to obtain a Post-Graduate Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution. Most recently, Elizabeth successfully completed her Paralegal studies at George Brown College. Prior to joining Carr Law Professional Corporation, Elizabeth completed her internship at a Paralegal Firm focusing on Small Claims, Provincial Offences, and Human Rights Tribunal.
Presently, Elizabeth handles disputes arising out of liens, negligence, contracts, bailment, environmental issues, consumer protection, fraud, property damage, subrogation, collections and bylaws/licensing/zoning issues.
