Alycia specializes in civil litigation, including but not limited to litigation arising out of disputes involving real estate, liens, negligence, contracts, bailment, environmental issues, consumer protection, fraud, property damage, subrogation and more.
Alycia obtained her Masters in law at Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to that she obtained her law degree in the United Kingdom. While in law school, Alycia fed her appetite for litigation by participating in several Moot competitions, becoming a finalist in her last year.
Prior to joining Carr Law, Alycia began her legal career at an established insurance litigation firm in Toronto, gaining unprecedented medical knowledge and experience in complex civil litigation matters. Here, Alycia fostered a genuine passion to fiercely advocate for the rights of those whose lives have been affected by illness, injury and disability.
During her spare time, Alycia stimulates her creative side teaching ballet and choreographing dance productions. When she’s not working, you will likely find her trying a new restaurant, enjoying live music, or checking cities off her bucket list!
