You will meet with our Real Estate Lawyer to review and sign the documents prior to closing. On closing day, we handle the mortgage funds to complete your purchase transaction in addition to the registration of documentation on the title to your new property. We handle all communications with the seller’s lawyer to complete the purchase transaction. Most importantly, we keep you updated during the entire process. After the purchase transaction is closed, we provide you with the keys to your new property followed by a final report and copies of all documents.
Similar to purchase transactions, we prepare the necessary mortgage documents to replace your prior mortgage and register a new mortgage. You will meet with our Real Estate Lawyer to review and sign the documents. We handle the mortgage funds and disperse them in accordance with the instructions from your bank.
We prepare the necessary payout statements for loans, mortgages and lines of credit that may be registered on the title of your property. You will meet with our Real Estate Lawyer to review and sign the documents prior to closing. We handle the sale proceeds and look after payment of all outstanding real estate commissions, mortgages, loans and lines of credit on your behalf. The balance of the sale proceeds are released to you. We continue to follow up after closing day to ensure that all mortgages, lines of credit and mortgages are discharged from the property, to fulfil your legal obligations to the purchaser.
